To Our Valued Customers:
These are exciting times for S&W Manufacturing. Thanks to the growth of our OEM and MRO business in the Eastern United States, we are pleased to announce a new partnership with WT Hight Company. As of September 1, 2003 WT Hight will become S&W's Northeast Master Stocking Distributor. In this capacity, WT Hight will stock the entire line of S&W's standard Level-It™ products and Poly Mount ™ as well as inventory of other S&W mounts & glides.
Many of you are already familiar with WT Hight's 100+ year history of serving the OEM and MRO markets for levelers, casters and material handling equipment on the east coast. Since becoming an S&W distributor in 1997, we have been very impressed with not only the results of their sales activities, but also their professionalism and knowledge of the market. This partnership is the next important step in our near-term growth plans, and we're confident that WT Hight will represent us well in the Northeastern United States.
The primary benefit to our customers as a result of this partnership will be a tangible improvement in delivery times for northeastern US customers. By locating a stocking warehouse on the East coast, we will be able to ship any stock Level-It™ item the same or next day of an order. This will reduce average delivery times by 1-2 days from the Midwest and will result in substantial savings on shipping charges. Over time, WT Hight will also stock custom items so delivery times will improve for those items as well. As a part of this change, all future orders for S&W customers located in Northeast U.S. will be placed with and shipped from WT Hight;s office and warehouse in suburban Boston, MA. We will continue to work directly with customers as we have in the past - the only thing that will change is that orders will be placed through WT Hight instead of S&W Manufacturing.
