Toggle pads are used to clamp parts with uneven or angled surfaces. Because the pad swivels 10° in all directions, it is self-aligning against the workpiece surface. Serrated pads are for extra grip and Delrin® pads are used on soft surfaces to prevent marring. Steel pads are with a yellow zinc finish.
